Business Development &amp; B2B Sales<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for the company\u2019s in-house AI Agent products across B2B markets in Vietnam and Southeast Asia.\u00a0<\/li><li>Identify, approach, and convert potential enterprise clients (SMEs and large enterprises) with needs for AI-driven operational solutions. <\/li><li>Lead the full sales cycle, including lead generation, product demonstrations, contract negotiation, deal closing, and customer onboarding. <\/li><li>Plan quarterly and annual revenue targets, taking full ownership of assigned business KPIs.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>2. Partnership &amp; Ecosystem Development<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with technology companies, consulting firms, system integrators (SI), and key players within the AI ecosystem.<\/li><li>Negotiate and execute partnership agreements, including distribution and co selling arrangements with both local and international partners.<\/li><li>Design and develop partner programs, including commission structures, training, and technical support.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>3. Market Research &amp; Strategy<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Analyze AI market trends, competitive landscape, and customer need to shape <br \/>product strategy and pricing.<\/li><li>Provide regular reports on sales pipeline, win\/loss analysis, and market insights <br \/>into leadership.<\/li><li>Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to ensure <br \/>product-market fit and incorporate market feedback into the product roadmap. <\/li><\/ul><p><strong>4. Brand Representation &amp; Communication<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Represent the company at industry events, conferences (local and international), AI seminars, and technology forums.<\/li><li>Build thought leadership through articles, presentations, and engagement within <br \/>AI &amp;
