Contribute to process flows, user stories, business rules, and acceptance criteria. Read requirements critically and flag what is unclear, missing, or contradictory.\u00a0<\/li><li><b>Work with a real team:<\/b> Collaborate with Senior BAs, Product, Development, and QA on live projects. Ask questions when something does not make sense. Internship, coursework, or personal project experience is fine. Zero work experience is also fine. <b>Four things matter:<\/b><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li><i><b>You can think in structure:<\/b> You can take a messy problem, break it into parts, see how the parts connect, and explain why you reached your conclusion. You do not need to know the answer \u2014 you need to know how to go find it.<\/i><\/li>\n<li><i><b>You ask why, not just how:<\/b>&nbsp; When someone tells you how something is done, you want to know the reason behind it. You are comfortable being dropped into a domain you know nothing about.<\/i><\/li>\n<li><i><b>You can be wrong without it being a crisis:&nbsp;<\/b>You can say &#8220;I don&#8217;t know&#8221; or &#8220;I think I got that wrong&#8221; and keep going. When something goes badly, your instinct is to work out what you missed rather than to defend your original position. This matters more to us than being right often.<\/i><\/li>\n<li><i><b>You move before being told: <\/b>When you hit something you do not understand, you try an approach before asking someone for the answer \u2014 and you ask for help before you have burned three days on it.<\/i><\/li><li><i><b>English:<\/b> you can read professional documentation, discuss work, and write clearly enough to be understood.<\/i><\/li>\n<\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9127c6c elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"9127c6c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><b><i>What You Get<\/i><\/b><\/p><ul><li><b>Structured training in BA fundamentals<\/b> \u2014 requirement analysis, process analysis, problem solving, stakeholder communication, documentation, solution validation.\u00a0<\/li><li><b>Real industrial projects, not theory: <\/b>You will be looking at how actual factories run and where software can help.\u00a0<\/li><li><b>Specific mentorship: <\/b>Senior BAs will give you direct feedback on how you ask questions, structure your analysis, explain your thinking, and handle stakeholders. Not generic coaching \u2014 feedback on what you actually did that week.\u00a0<\/li><li><b>AI and automation as normal tools:<\/b> We use them to cut repetitive documentation work so analysts spend their time on analysis.\u00a0<\/li><li><b>A clear path:<\/b> Fresher BA \u2192 Junior BA \u2192 Business Analyst \u2192 Senior BA \/ Consultant. Speed depends on you.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a417699 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"a417699\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><b><i>Nice to have<\/i><\/b><\/p><ul><li><p>Any exposure to software or digital transformation projects; a background in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or Logistics; case competitions, hackathons, research, or personal projects; any familiarity with BPMN, UML, SQL, Jira, Confluence, Miro, or Figma; an interest in AI and automation.\u00a0<\/p><\/li><li><p>If you have none of these, apply anyway.\u00a0 We mean this \u2014 these are tiebreakers, not filters.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1823639d elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"1823639d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><b><i>How to Apply<\/i><\/b><\/p><ul><li><b>Send your CV and an Application Letter in English (400\u2013700 words).<\/b><\/li><li>\u00a0We read every letter, and it carries more weight than your CV. It does not need to be formal or polished. Answer these three questions:<\/li><\/ul><p><b>1.<\/b> <b>Find a broken process: <\/b>Pick a process you have personally observed \u2014 your university&#8217;s course registration, a coffee shop you worked at, a club you organized, a queue you stood in. Describe how it works now, where it breaks down, and what you would need to find out before proposing a change. We are not looking for a clever solution. We want to see what you noticed and what questions you would ask.<br \/><b>2. A problem you got stuck on:<\/b> Describe something difficult from your studies, a project, or a job. What was the problem, how did you approach it, what did you do when you got stuck, and how did it end?<br \/><b>3. Something you changed your mind about: <\/b>What did you believe, what made you reconsider, and what did you take away from it?<br \/><b>Use real, specific situations from your own life:\u00a0<\/b>Answers that could have been written by anyone \u2014 or by a language model \u2014 will not be prioritized. We can tell.<\/p><p><b>One Last Thing:\u00a0<\/b>We are not looking for the fresher who already knows the most. We are looking for someone curious enough to ask, structured enough to analyze, willing to challenge an assumption, honest enough to admit being wrong, and stubborn enough to keep learning. <b>MES, factory operations, BA frameworks \u2014 we can teach all of that. <\/b>How you think is the harder part.
