BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

1. Business Development & B2B Sales

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for the company’s in-house AI Agent products across B2B markets in Vietnam and Southeast Asia. 
  • Identify, approach, and convert potential enterprise clients (SMEs and large enterprises) with needs for AI-driven operational solutions.
  • Lead the full sales cycle, including lead generation, product demonstrations, contract negotiation, deal closing, and customer onboarding.
  • Plan quarterly and annual revenue targets, taking full ownership of assigned business KPIs.

2. Partnership & Ecosystem Development

  • Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with technology companies, consulting firms, system integrators (SI), and key players within the AI ecosystem.
  • Negotiate and execute partnership agreements, including distribution and co selling arrangements with both local and international partners.
  • Design and develop partner programs, including commission structures, training, and technical support.

3. Market Research & Strategy

  • Analyze AI market trends, competitive landscape, and customer need to shape
    product strategy and pricing.
  • Provide regular reports on sales pipeline, win/loss analysis, and market insights
    into leadership.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to ensure
    product-market fit and incorporate market feedback into the product roadmap.

4. Brand Representation & Communication

  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences (local and international), AI seminars, and technology forums.
  • Build thought leadership through articles, presentations, and engagement within
    AI & Enterprise Tech communities.
  • Communicate effectively with international clients and partners in English across emails, meetings, presentations, and proposals.

YOU JUST NEED TO HAVE

*** Main Skills (Core for the Role)

  • 4+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Partnerships within tech/software (SaaS, B2B IT).
  • Proven B2B sales experience with a strong understanding of enterprise buying processes.
  • Strong business acumen: ROI analysis, customer value mindset, and strategic planning & execution.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and proposal writing skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain client/partner relationships, including contract
    negotiation and closing.
  • Strong English proficiency for business communication (emails, meetings,
    presentations, proposals).
  • Ability to read and understand technical documentation to collaborate with Engineering teams.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
  • Understanding of AI/ML concepts, AI Agents/LLMs, and the SaaS/B2B tech ecosystem.

** Priority (Nice-to-have)

  • Prior experience working with AI/SaaS products.
  • Existing network within SMEs/Enterprises in Vietnam or Southeast Asia.
  • Experience in building and managing partner ecosystems.
  • Experience working in tech startups or product-based environments.
