Project Lead - Job Description
- Lead and manage DXF (Digital Transformation Framework) implementation projects from project initiation through deployment and handover.
- Work directly with end-user clients to gather business requirements, define project scope, and recommend suitable DXF solutions.
- Coordinate with Business Analysts, AI Engineers, Developers, Product Owners, Sales, and client stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Develop project plans, allocate resources, manage budgets, timelines, and project quality.
- Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and resolve project issues proactively.
- Ensure all deliverables comply with the company’s quality standards, processes, and governance.
- Facilitate workshops, requirement clarification sessions, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), user training, and go-live activities.
- Prepare regular project status reports and communicate progress, risks, and recommendations to management and clients.
- Mentor project team members and promote continuous improvement.
Technical Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience managing software implementation or digital transformation projects.
- Experience working directly with enterprise end-user clients, gathering business requirements, and managing stakeholder expectations.
- Experience delivering enterprise software, DXF, ERP, MES, CRM, Manufacturing, or similar digital transformation projects.
- Basic understanding of AI concepts and AI-enabled business solutions, with the ability to coordinate effectively with AI engineers and technical teams. (AI development experience is not required.)
- Experience managing software implementation projects throughout the full project lifecycle.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, risk management, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- PMP, Agile, Scrum Master, or equivalent project management certifications are preferred.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
Priorities (not a must-have)
- Technical background in software implementation, system integration, or IT infrastructure.
- Experience working on manufacturing or industrial digital transformation projects.
- Familiarity with AI-powered business solutions, workflow automation, or data analytics.
- Experience collaborating with AI or software development teams.
