Sales Executive - Job Description

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers in the manufacturing sector, focusing on digital transformation solutions.
  • Identify, qualify, and follow up on leads/prospects; actively develop new business opportunities.
  • Conduct regular client visits, understand business needs, and propose suitable software/solution offerings.
  • Present and demonstrate solutions related to DX (Digital Transformation) such as MES, WMS, SCADA, etc.
  • Develop account plans, sales strategies, and ensure high-quality customer care throughout the sales cycle.
  • Monitor market trends, customer demands, and competitor activities in the manufacturing and industrial software space.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and partners to organize marketing events, workshops, and solution seminars.

Technical Skills

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in B2B Sales, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors.
  • Proven experience in selling software solutions / cloud services / industrial systems.
  • Strong understanding of Digital Transformation (DX) solutions such as:
    • MES, WMS, TMS, BMS, ESM
    • Traceability, IoT (Industrial IoT), SCADA
  • Familiarity with industrial platforms/solutions such as AVEVA, Siemens, Rockwell Automation is a strong advantage.
  • Experience working with Microsoft ecosystem (Azure Cloud, Office 365) is preferred.
  • Experience selling to manufacturing companies is highly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, IT, or related fields.
  • Good command of English (both written and spoken).
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools (e.g.,Claude ChatGPT, Copilot) to enhance sales productivity, customer insights, and decision-making is a strong advantage.

  • Experience in digital transformation projects or consulting.
  • Background in IT/software or industrial automation solutions.
