SALES MANAGER

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Train sales team 
  • Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts
  • Implement national sales programs by developing field sales action plans
  • Monthly sales target and KPI target are met
  • Experience using CRM to manage the sales process and forecast sales
  • Planning, organization and problem-solving skills
  • Searching, evaluating potential customers, screening customers;
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers
  • Travel to customers sites to introduce software solutions
  • Follow up Leads/Prospects and regularly visit customers
  • Developing ideas and business plans, customer care
  • Keep track of market trends and information about competitors
  • Co-organize marketing events with partners

YOU JUST NEED TO HAVE

*** Technical skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economy, Marketing or IT
  • Experience in sales related to rack products or software products or product of Microsoft, Azure Cloud, Office 365
  • Obtaining IT knowledge-base
  • English: can communicate
  • At least 3 years experience 

*** Personal skills

  • Having sales spirit inside
  • Hard working, responsive and good attitude
  • Good analytical skills and great attention to detail
  • Good communication skills and available to interact with employees at all levels.
  • Responsible, Attentive
  • Leader mindset and management skill
