Business Analyst - Job Description
(AI Platform / Agentic AI Solutions)

A. Pre-sales & Customer Discovery

  • Collaborate with Sales teams during pre-sales engagements
  • Conduct customer meetings, workshops, and discovery sessions
  • Identify business pain points and operational challenges
  • Lead requirement clarification discussions across stakeholders
  • Translate business problems into AI-driven solution concepts
  • Analyze workflows, knowledge sources, and operations to identify AI opportunities
  • Document requirements, assumptions, constraints, and expected outcomes
  • Prepare solution documentation for internal teams
  • Support solution scoping and PoC preparation with AI/technical teams
  • Participate in PoC validation, testing, and refinement
  • Present PoC results, workflows, and solutions to customers
  • Support proposal discussions and follow-ups

Project Implementation & Business Analysis

  • Act as Business Analyst post project kickoff
  • Refine and validate detailed requirements with stakeholders
  • Prepare and maintain documentation: BRD / FRD, User Stories / Use Cases, Workflow diagrams, Functional specifications, UAT scenarios
  • Coordinate with AI engineers, developers, QA, and PMs
  • Support UAT, training, go-live, and post-implementation
  • Manage requirement changes and evolving expectations
  • Identify risks, gaps, and inconsistencies proactively
  • Support issue investigation and solution validation

Technical Skills

  • Minimum 3+ years as: Business Analyst / Solution Consultant / Presales Consultant
  • Experience in: Requirement gathering & customer discussions, end-to-end software implementation projects
  • Strong business analysis capability: ,Requirement structuring & documentation, translating business needs into system solutions
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving
  • Familiarity with: Documentation (BRD, FRD, User Stories, etc.)

Priorities (not a must-have)

  • Experience in: AI projects / AI products / Intelligent automation, Pre-sales or solution consulting, Enterprise systems (ERP, MES, CRM), Knowledge Management Systems
  • Basic understanding of: Generative AI, LLMs, AI Agents, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
  • Familiarity with: APIs, integrations, workflow automation, SQL / data analysis
  • Industry exposure: Manufacturing / enterprise operations
  • English proficiency for: Customer discussions, Documentation

Communication & Meetings

  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to: Lead discussions and workshops, Ask structured, probing questions
  • Comfortable with: Managers, business users, and technical teams
  • Confidence in independent customer-facing meetings
  • Ability to: Handle ambiguity and guide discussions, Present demos, workflows, and solutions clearly, Challenge assumptions professionally
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills
