Junior

Key Responsibility

  • Develop end-to-end features, from backend APIs to frontend user interfaces.
  • Design, build, and maintain scalable web applications using modern .NET and React technologies.
  • Develop RESTful APIs following Clean Architecture and CQRS principles.
  • Build responsive, maintainable, and reusable frontend applications using React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
  • Design and optimize SQL Server databases using Entity Framework Core.
  • Participate in requirement analysis, solution design, impact assessment, and technical discussions.
  • Perform code reviews, refactoring, and continuously improve software quality.
  • Write unit and integration tests to ensure system reliability.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, QA Engineers, UI/UX Designers, and other developers.
  • Work with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployment environments.
  • Continuously improve engineering practices, development workflows, and technical documentation.

Qualification Requirements​

Technical Skills

  • Minimum 1 year of professional software development experience.
  • We welcome Junior, Middle, and Senior Software Engineers. Responsibilities and expectations will be aligned with your experience and technical capabilities.

  • Experience with AI-powered development platforms such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Windsurf, or similar tools is highly preferred.

  • We value engineers who can build structured, repeatable AI workflows rather than relying on one-off prompts. Strong engineering judgment is essential to validate AI-generated

Backend Development

  • Strong experience with: C#, ASP.NET Core (.NET), RESTful API development, Entity Framework Core, SQL Server, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), Design Patterns, Clean Architecture, CQRS

  • Experience with JWT, OAuth2/OIDC, or SAML authentication is a plus.

Frontend Development

  • Strong experience with: React, Next.js, TypeScript, HTML5 & CSS3, Responsive web development, Redux Toolkit or similar state management libraries, React Query (TanStack Query)

  • Experience with KendoReact or other enterprise UI frameworks is a plus.

Priorities (not a must-have)

  • Experience with one or more of the following technologies is a plus:
    Docker & Docker Compose, Kubernetes, Azure Cloud Services, Azure DevOps Pipelines (CI/CD), Modular Monolith or Microservices Architecture, Event-driven Architecture, Azure Service Bus, Redis, SignalR

  • Hangfire, FluentValidation, MediatR, OpenIddict, Serilog, OpenTelemetry, Playwright, xUnit, Testcontainers, Storybook, Azure Functions, Microsoft Graph.

Personal Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • English Fluent
  • Advanced problem-solving skills
  • Observant and able to remain focused on tasks for long periods of time
  • Analytical and detail-oriented
  • Can proactively learn and gain necessary skills for existing or future project
