Key Responsibility

Requirements Analysis & Management

  • Elicit, analyze, and document business and product requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process observation.
  • Produce complete Product Requirements Documents (PRD), functional specifications, and business process documentation.
  • Define feature scope and clearly distinguish between business needs (What/Why) and technical implementation (How).
  • Manage requirement changes and maintain traceability throughout the project lifecycle.

Product & Agile Collaboration

  • Collaborate closely with Product Owners on backlog refinement, prioritization, and sprint planning.
  • Track sprint progress and support backlog organization to ensure alignment with product goals.
  • Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including daily standups, sprint reviews, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

Stakeholder Communication & Collaboration

  • Facilitate discovery workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and UAT walkthroughs with cross-functional teams.
  • Serve as the key liaison between business stakeholders, development teams, QA, and project management.
  • Present analysis findings, solution proposals, and project updates to management and leadership teams.

Documentation & Solution Design

  • Write user stories with clear Acceptance Criteria, use cases, and process flows using BPMN/UML standards.
  • Create wireframes and interactive prototypes to validate requirements and communicate solution ideas effectively.
  • Maintain and update project documentation throughout all project phases.

Development Support & Quality Assurance

  • Support development teams during implementation by clarifying business rules, workflows, and edge cases.
  • Define test scenarios and acceptance criteria; participate in UAT planning and execution.
  • Analyze defects from a business perspective and recommend improvements to processes and product quality.

Data Analysis & Process Improvement

  • Analyze business and operational data to support decision-making and product optimization.
  • Identify bottlenecks and propose workflow/process improvements to enhance efficiency and user experience.

Qualification Requirements​

Technical Skills

  • Strong experience writing PRDs, user stories, Acceptance Criteria, and functional specifications.
  • Familiar with process modeling techniques such as BPMN, flowcharts, UML, or data flow diagrams.
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or equivalent project management platforms.
  • Ability to build wireframes and prototypes using Figma or similar UI/UX tools.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools such as Claude, Cursor, ChatGPT, Figma Make, or similar platforms to improve productivity and streamline workflows.
  • Basic understanding of system architecture, APIs, and software development lifecycle is preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in software, SaaS, e-commerce, or technology environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum environments across multiple product or project cycles.

Priorities (not a must-have)

  • Certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, CSM, or PSPO.
  • Experience with AI/ML products, platform products, or B2B SaaS systems.
  • Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Google Analytics, or advanced Excel for data analysis.
  • Experience working in fast-paced startup or product-based environments.

  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills in English (both written and verbal).
  • Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable working independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
