- Own end-to-end account management: outreach → deal close → ongoing engagement
- Follow up and expand within existing enterprise network; proactively source new leads
- Convert leads into qualified opportunities and drive deals to closure
- Apply consultative selling: identify pain points and position AI Agents with clear ROI
- Lead product demos; collaborate with technical teams for complex use cases
- Prepare proposals, support negotiations, and close contracts efficiently
- Work closely with Account Manager on strategy, prioritisation, and feedback loops
- Use AI tools daily for research, proposals, and workflow optimisation
- Maintain accurate CRM pipeline and track performance metrics (win rate, deal size, cycle time
Technical Skills
- 2–3+ years B2B sales experience (AI, SaaS, or enterprise solutions preferred)
- Strong understanding of Manufacturing or Logistics operations
- Proven ability to meet/exceed sales targets
- Experience building business cases and writing proposals
- Professional English communication (written & verbal)
- Hands-on use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, etc.) in real workflows
- Ability to validate, refine, and control AI-generated outputs
- Understanding of AI Agent capabilities, limitations, and use-case mapping
- Ability to translate customer needs into actionable product insights

- Experience selling AI Agent or automation solutions
- Exposure to enterprise-level deal cycles
- Familiarity with CRM systems and pipeline analytics
- Experience collaborating with product/technical teams
