  • Own end-to-end account management: outreach → deal close → ongoing engagement
  • Follow up and expand within existing enterprise network; proactively source new leads
  • Convert leads into qualified opportunities and drive deals to closure
  • Apply consultative selling: identify pain points and position AI Agents with clear ROI
  • Lead product demos; collaborate with technical teams for complex use cases
  • Prepare proposals, support negotiations, and close contracts efficiently
  • Work closely with Account Manager on strategy, prioritisation, and feedback loops
  • Use AI tools daily for research, proposals, and workflow optimisation
  • Maintain accurate CRM pipeline and track performance metrics (win rate, deal size, cycle time

Technical Skills

  • 2–3+ years B2B sales experience (AI, SaaS, or enterprise solutions preferred)
  • Strong understanding of Manufacturing or Logistics operations
  • Proven ability to meet/exceed sales targets
  • Experience building business cases and writing proposals
  • Professional English communication (written & verbal)
  • Hands-on use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, etc.) in real workflows
  • Ability to validate, refine, and control AI-generated outputs
  • Understanding of AI Agent capabilities, limitations, and use-case mapping
  • Ability to translate customer needs into actionable product insights

Priorities (not a must-have)

  • Experience selling AI Agent or automation solutions
  • Exposure to enterprise-level deal cycles
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and pipeline analytics
  • Experience collaborating with product/technical teams
  • Ability to extract market insights from customer interactions
