AIQuinta is a powerful AI Agent platform that helps enterprises automate operations, enhance employee productivity, and deliver superior customer experiences through intelligent AI assistants. Our solutions are widely applicable across Manufacturing, FMCG, Food & Beverage (F&B), and Financial Services (FSI).

Own Revenue & Close Deals

  • Take full ownership of the sales cycle: from lead generation to deal closing.
  • Actively prospect, qualify, and convert enterprise leads into paying customers.
  • Drive revenue growth by selling AIQuinta AI Agent solutions aligned with client business goals.

Consultative Selling (Solution Sales)

  • Identify customer pain points and position AIQuinta as a must-have solution for automation, cost reduction, and efficiency.
  • Build strong business cases and clearly demonstrate ROI to decision-makers.
  • Customize sales approach based on each industry and client needs.

Product Demo & Deal Execution

  • Deliver impactful product demos showcasing real AIQuinta use cases.
  • Prepare proposals, pricing, and negotiate contracts to close deals efficiently.
  • Shorten sales cycles while maintaining high conversion rates.

Account Growth & Upselling

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive retention.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within current accounts.
  • Ensure customers continuously see value from AIQuinta solutions.

Sales Performance & Pipeline Management

  • Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets (quota-driven role).
  • Manage and update sales pipeline in CRM with accuracy.
  • Track key metrics: deal size, win rate, sales cycle, and revenue performance.

Technical Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, IT, or related fields.
  • 2–3+ years of experience in B2B Sales (AI, SaaS, or enterprise solutions preferred).
  • Proven track record of closing deals and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of at least one target industry: FMCG, F&B, Manufacturing, or Financial Services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Strong revenue-driven mindset with consultative selling ability.
  • Professional English proficiency.
