Middle Full Stack - Job Description

Key Responsibility

  • Develop and customize DxFAC web applications using C# / .NET Core / ASP.NET Core Web API to support real-world industrial systems such as MES, WMS, CMMS, Traceability, Quality, and IoT.
  • Develop and maintain frontend applications using Angular; experience with ReactJS is a plus.
  • Design and implement solutions based on business requirements, business rules, exceptions, and real-world factory operations, rather than simply developing from specifications.
  • Build solutions that balance customer-specific customization and reusable core product capabilities, avoiding unnecessary hard-coding and customer-specific branches.
  • Design and develop integrations with SCADA/PLC, IoT devices, measurement devices, ERP/SAP, and other external systems.
  • Participate in software design, system architecture, and solution reviews with Senior Developers, Technical Leads, Product, and BA teams.
  • Develop and maintain microservices, background jobs, workflow processes, and asynchronous communication.
  • Optimize application performance and database queries for large-scale production data.
  • Write unit and integration tests where appropriate and actively participate in code reviews.
  • Work with QA, DevOps, and deployment teams to support testing, deployment, UAT, and go-live activities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, software bugs, performance problems, and data-related issues in existing systems.
  • Support deployments on Azure or on-premise environments and troubleshoot issues remotely or on-site when required.
  • Identify opportunities to move customer-specific solutions back into the core product for reuse across future customers.
  • Use AI coding agents effectively by providing sufficient context, reviewing generated output, identifying incorrect assumptions, and taking full ownership of committed code

Qualification Requirements​

Technical Skills

  • At least 3 years of experience in full-stack development.
  • Strong C# and .NET Core skills, including ASP.NET Core Web API.
  • Experience with Entity Framework Core or Dapper.
  • Proficient in Angular; strong ReactJS experience is also considered if willing to work with Angular.
  • Strong experience with SQL Server, including relational database design, indexing, query optimization, and execution plans.
  • Experience working with microservices architecture in a real-world system.
  • Understanding of synchronous and asynchronous communication, message queues, workflow engines, and background job schedulers.
  • Understanding of idempotency and how to design jobs/processes that can safely be executed multiple times without creating duplicate data.
  • Experience with Domain-Driven Design (DDD), including bounded contexts and keeping domain logic separated from infrastructure concerns.
  • Understanding of OOP, SOLID principles, and common design patterns.
  • Experience writing unit tests and understanding when integration tests are required.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps, including Repos, Pipelines, and Boards.
  • Experience deploying applications on Azure, preferably using services such as App Service, AKS, App Configuration, and Key Vault.
  • Experience integrating RESTful APIs and external systems.

Priorities (not a must-have)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Good English communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Product-oriented mindset, with the ability to distinguish between customer-specific requirements and problems that should be solved at the core product level.
  • Detail-oriented and able to understand complex business processes and edge cases.
  • Willing to challenge requirements and raise technical or business concerns before implementation when necessary.
  • Proactive in learning new technologies, business domains, and technical skills.
  • Comfortable working across Development, BA, Product, QA, DevOps, and Customer teams.
  • Able to effectively use AI agents as engineering tools while maintaining responsibility for the quality and architecture of the final code.
