Key Responsibility

Digital Transformation

  • Close collaboration with the client for design and management purposes (requirements gathering, analyzing, documenting, confirmation, elaboration and etc.)
  • Identify Non-Functional Requirements associated with the proposed solution as well as the risk for the solution.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to understand product vision, priority and road-map, clarify and manage product backlog.
  • Working closely with developers and testers to ensure the Team delivery understands the solution requirements at high quality.
  • Determining business needs and choosing the optimal business solution approaches in order to analyze and document requirements (Business Requirement Spec, System Requirement Spec, Use Case Spec).
  • Assist client to define requirements and suggest ideas;
  • Quickly absorb to understand domain knowledge;
  • Proposals analysis, description and development for business processes optimization in a particular industry.
  • Providing help with test documentation writing (test plan, test strategy, test cases) and verifying bugs/issues with clients.
  • Participation in the planning, solving controversial issues, risk assessment between team members or clients.
  • Training the team members the basics of business analysis and improvement of the development process.
  • Work directly with customer projects, including onsite visits to meet clients and gather requirements, and analyze/document business and system needs.

  • Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Notion AI, etc.) to support requirement analysis, documentation, and communication with stakeholders

  • Use AI to enhance productivity in writing specs, summarizing meetings, and clarifying requirements

  • Candidates with an AI-first mindset (leveraging AI tools effectively in their daily work) are highly preferred

AI-related Responsibilities (Added)

  • Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities to apply AI/ML solutions to improve product functionality or operational efficiency

  • Work with data teams and AI engineers to define AI-related requirements (data needs, model objectives, evaluation metrics)

  • Analyze business use cases and translate them into AI solution requirements (prediction, recommendation, classification, automation, etc.)

  • Evaluate feasibility and business impact of AI-driven features

  • Use AI tools to support analysis of use cases, idea generation, and solution validation

  • Support testing and validation of AI models to ensure accuracy, reliability, and alignment with business expectations

  • Leverage AI tools to assist in test case generation and validation scenarios for AI features

  • Stay updated with AI trends and recommend integration into products

  • Actively explore and apply new AI tools to improve BA productivity and solution quality

  • Conduct onsite visits to meet customers and gather detailed requirements

Qualification Requirements​

Technical Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Analysis

  • Solid IT knowledge base

  • Ability to use tools (Edraw, Visio, PowerPoint) to draw flowcharts

  • Ability to design UI prototypes (Pencil, Balsamiq, Visio, etc.)

  • Fluent English (TOEFL 650 or equivalent or higher)

  • At least 03–05 years of experience

  • Client-facing experience
