Power Platform - Job Description
Design and develop Model-driven Power Apps with deep integration into Dataverse and Dynamics 365 modules.
- Develop and maintain custom plugins, workflow activities, and custom connectors
- Implement business logic, validations, and complex data models within Dataverse and Dynamics 365. using C#/.NET.
Customize Dynamics 365 entities, forms, views, and business process flows.
Design and develop Power Automate flows for business automation and integration.
Build integrations between Dynamics 365/Power Apps and external systems via REST APIs or Azure services (Functions, Logic Apps).
Participate in requirement analysis, solution design, and system architecture planning.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in development and production environments.
Technical Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
3+ years of experience working with Power Platform, specifically Model-driven Power Apps and Microsoft Dataverse.
Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CE/CRM customization: plugins, workflows, JavaScript, security model.
Strong proficiency in .NET/C#, especially for writing custom Dynamics plugins and integrations.
Solid understanding of Dataverse schema design, relationships, and security layers.
Experience building Power Automate flows and integrating Power Platform with other systems.
Familiar with Azure services (Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus) is a plus.

Quality Assurance - Job Description
- Remind the development team to follow the given working process.
- Check and audit the process implementation of the parts in QC Tester team to be in accordance with the set process.
- Provide documents, forms, instructions to ensure product quality to all departments in the product development team.
- Practical experience in implementing CMMI, ISO 27001, ISO 9001.
- Monitor project processes (logtime, ….).
- Supports other components of the manual process.
- Monitor the implementation of this process.
- Experienced in using DevOps, Jira.
Technical Skills
- Bachelor/ Colleges degree in Computer Science/IT/Economy/ Languages/ Computer Network and Data Communication.
- At least 1 year of experience are welcomed.
- Ability to organize and think logically.
- Have understanding of software framework development processes and tools (Agile/Scrum, Waterfall,…),
- Communication skills within the team and others in order to exploit information about products and projects and apply it to building process systems.
- Good at English is a plus.
