Conduct keyword research; create content outlines and write comprehensive SEO blog posts (WordPress).
Edit and optimize existing content to improve SEO performance.
Create basic visuals (thumbnails, banners, simple infographics) for website and social media based on existing brand guidelines.
Create social media content and simple designs for LinkedIn, Facebook and X (Twitter).
Support email marketing activities and company events when required.
Support other tasks assigned by the manager.

Technical Skills
Basic understanding of SEO (keyword research, on-page SEO, search intent).

Contact and manage leads: make calls, send messages/emails to the company’s existing leads; qualify needs, interest level, and categorize leads based on the team’s process.
Introduce products/services (AgentIQ, DxFACTORY, and other software solutions) following the provided sales script.
Schedule and coordinate meetings between customers and the Sales Manager or Technical Team; follow up, send reminders, and ensure customer attendance.
Update customer information into the CRM system; format and standardize data according to company guidelines; report daily/weekly contact results to the Sales Manager.
Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to remarket and re-engage customers; track performance metrics and collaborate with Marketing to optimize campaigns.
Support Sales–Admin tasks: draft contract templates, send quotations, prepare documents and files; coordinate with Sales/Marketing teams to optimize the customer contact process.
Technical Skills
College/University degree or relevant experience in Sales, Customer Service, Telemarketing, or Sales Support roles.
