- Consult with clients to understand business problems and propose AI-driven solutions using LLMs, AI Agents, and automation systems.
- Design end-to-end solution architecture, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
- Lead and mentor technical teams; provide guidance on system design, coding standards, and best practices.
- Collaborate closely with PMs, BAs, and engineers to ensure successful project delivery.
- Present, demo, and explain AI solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Drive innovation by adopting an AI-first approach in solution design and delivery.
- Ensure solution quality, security, and alignment with client expectations.
Technical Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with a solution-oriented approach.
- Proven ability to lead technical teams and make architectural decisions.
- Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, especially:
- LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, etc.)
- AI Agents / multi-step reasoning systems
- RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
- Strong background in software engineering / backend development / system architecture.
- Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Fluent English (required for client-facing roles).
