Business Development Executive – DxFACTORY – Job Description
CHUYÊN VIÊN KINH DOANH GIẢI PHÁP NHÀ MÁY (DxFACTORY)
- DxFACTORY cung cấp giải pháp DxMPM – phần mềm quản lý sản xuất đóng gói sẵn, triển khai thông qua cấu hình, giúp các nhà máy tối ưu quy trình vận hành, kiểm soát sản xuất và giảm phụ thuộc vào Excel, giấy tờ thủ công.
- Chúng tôi tìm kiếm Chuyên viên Kinh doanh chủ động phát triển khách hàng doanh nghiệp (B2B), tiếp cận trực tiếp các nhà máy, tìm hiểu nhu cầu vận hành và tư vấn giải pháp phù hợp, theo sát cơ hội từ giai đoạn tiếp cận đến ký kết hợp đồng.
Phát triển khách hàng: Chủ động tìm kiếm, gọi điện tiếp cận và đặt lịch hẹn với chủ doanh nghiệp, giám đốc nhà máy hoặc người có quyền quyết định.
Khảo sát nhu cầu: Tìm hiểu quy trình sản xuất, khó khăn trong vận hành, ngân sách và thời gian triển khai của khách hàng.
Tư vấn giải pháp: Thực hiện demo DxMPM, sử dụng dữ liệu mẫu phù hợp với ngành sản xuất của khách hàng để minh họa hiệu quả giải pháp.
Phối hợp triển khai thử nghiệm: Làm việc với đội ngũ kỹ thuật để tổ chức chương trình dùng thử thực tế tại nhà máy trong 1–2 tuần.
Đàm phán và chốt hợp đồng: Lập báo giá, thương lượng điều khoản thương mại, theo sát cơ hội và hoàn tất ký kết hợp đồng.
Theo dõi thanh toán: Phối hợp với các bộ phận liên quan theo dõi tiến độ thu tiền theo các điều khoản đã cam kết.
Quản lý pipeline: Cập nhật đầy đủ thông tin khách hàng, trạng thái cơ hội và dự báo doanh số trên CRM.
Phát triển khách hàng hiện hữu: Tìm kiếm cơ hội gia hạn, nâng cấp gói dịch vụ và mở rộng phạm vi sử dụng giải pháp tại các nhà máy đang triển khai.
Yêu cầu công việc
Có từ 2–4 năm kinh nghiệm kinh doanh B2B, ưu tiên ứng viên đã trực tiếp tư vấn, đàm phán và chốt hợp đồng.
Có kinh nghiệm làm việc hoặc bán hàng cho nhà máy, xưởng sản xuất hoặc doanh nghiệp thuộc lĩnh vực sản xuất.
Hiểu các nghiệp vụ cơ bản trong sản xuất như lệnh sản xuất, định mức nguyên vật liệu, phiếu lĩnh vật tư, ca kíp và sản lượng.
Có khả năng chủ động tìm kiếm khách hàng mới, gọi điện tiếp cận và phát triển nguồn khách hàng tiềm năng.
Sẵn sàng đi công tác, gặp gỡ và khảo sát khách hàng tại các nhà máy, khu công nghiệp và cụm công nghiệp.
Có kỹ năng tư vấn, thuyết trình, đàm phán và giao tiếp tốt với chủ doanh nghiệp, quản lý nhà máy.
Có khả năng giải thích các khái niệm kỹ thuật bằng ngôn ngữ đơn giản, dễ hiểu.
Có ý thức quản lý dữ liệu khách hàng, cập nhật CRM và theo dõi cơ hội kinh doanh thường xuyên.
Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng trở lên.
Ưu tiên
Có kinh nghiệm kinh doanh phần mềm doanh nghiệp, SaaS hoặc các giải pháp chuyển đổi số.
Từng bán thiết bị, vật tư hoặc dịch vụ kỹ thuật cho nhà máy.
Có kinh nghiệm tele-sales, phát triển khách hàng mới và làm việc theo chỉ tiêu cuộc hẹn.
Hiểu quy trình làm việc của bộ phận kế hoạch sản xuất, quản lý kho hoặc vận hành nhà máy.
Biết sử dụng các công cụ AI như ChatGPT, Claude hoặc Copilot để nghiên cứu khách hàng và chuẩn bị nội dung bán hàng.
Có khả năng đọc hiểu tài liệu kỹ thuật tiếng Anh.

- Build and maintain features in the core ASP.NET MVC (Razor) + Web API 2 application, including OData endpoints and Swagger-documented REST APIs.
