  • Conduct keyword research; create content outlines and write comprehensive SEO blog posts (WordPress).

  • Edit and optimize existing content to improve SEO performance.

  • Create basic visuals (thumbnails, banners, simple infographics) for website and social media based on existing brand guidelines.

  • Contact and manage leads: make calls, send messages/emails to the company’s existing leads; qualify needs, interest level, and categorize leads based on the team’s process.

  • Introduce products/services (AgentIQ, DxFACTORY, and other software solutions) following the provided sales script.

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings between customers and the Sales Manager or Technical Team; follow up, send reminders, and ensure customer attendance.

  • Update customer information into the CRM system; format and standardize data according to company guidelines; report daily/weekly contact results to the Sales Manager.

  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to remarket and re-engage customers; track performance metrics and collaborate with Marketing to optimize campaigns.

  • Support Sales–Admin tasks: draft contract templates, send quotations, prepare documents and files; coordinate with Sales/Marketing teams to optimize the customer contact process.

Technical Skills
