- Adopt an AI-first approach in designing and delivering solutions, leveraging AI/LLMs to optimize development, decision-making, and productivity.
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI/ML models to solve real-world problems.
- Build LLM-powered applications such as chatbots, copilots, and AI agents.
- Design and implement agent-based systems capable of reasoning, tool usage, and multi-step task execution.
- Develop and optimize RAG pipelines (embedding, retrieval, re-ranking) to ensure high accuracy and performance.
- Evaluate and select appropriate models and architectures (LLMs, classification, regression, clustering, recommendation, etc.).

- Proficient in Python and familiar with ML/AI frameworks.

- Strong ability to work independently: from research and prototyping to implementation and testing.
- Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Experience in leading or mentoring a small team (or owning end-to-end AI modules/projects).

- Experience with RAG and vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS).

Power Platform Developer – Job Description
Power Platform - Job Description
Design and develop Model-driven Power Apps with deep integration into Dataverse và Dynamics 365 modules.
- Develop and maintain custom plugins, workflow activities, and custom connectors
- Implement business logic, validations, and complex data models within Dataverse and Dynamics 365. using C#/.NET.
Customize Dynamics 365 entities, forms, views, and business process flows.
Design and develop Power Automate flows for business automation and integration.
Build integrations between Dynamics 365/Power Apps and external systems via REST APIs or Azure services (Functions, Logic Apps).
Participate in requirement analysis, solution design, and system architecture planning.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in development and production environments.
Technical Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
3+ years of experience working with Power Platform, specifically Model-driven Power Apps và Microsoft Dataverse.
Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CE/CRM customization: plugins, workflows, JavaScript, security model.
Strong proficiency in .NET/C#, especially for writing custom Dynamics plugins and integrations.
Solid understanding of Dataverse schema design, relationships, and security layers.
Experience building Power Automate flows and integrating Power Platform with other systems.
Familiar with Azure services (Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus) is a plus.
