Key Responsibility

  • Lead the design and delivery of AI systems (LLM apps, RAG, AI agents)
  • Define and drive technical architecture aligned with business goals
  • Design scalable, cloud-native systems using microservices
  • Own the end-to-end lifecycle: design → build → deploy → monitor
  • Build and optimize: LLM applications, RAG pipelines, AI agent workflows
  • Ensure production readiness: scalability, reliability, performance, cost
  • Implement HA, backup, and disaster recovery
  • Maintain engineering best practices: code quality, CI/CD, testing
  • Lead and mentor engineers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, BA, QA, DevOps)
  • Evaluate new technologies and drive AI-first development practices

Qualification Requirements​

Technical Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or related fields
  • 5+ years working in AI/ML or related fields, 1–2 years in technical leadership or team lead roles
  • Strong experience in system design and solution architecture for scalable applications
  • Solid experience with AI/LLM systems: ,LLM APIs & integration, LangChain / LangGraph (or similar), NLP fundamentals
  • Experience building RAG pipelines and AI agent systems
  • Strong backend skills: Microservices architecture, REST APIs / WebSocket, Distributed & async systems
  • Cloud & Infrastructure: AWS / Azure / GCP, Docker, Kubernetes
  • Data & Messaging: SQL / NoSQL databases, Message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
  • DevOps: CI/CD pipelines ,Deployment & monitoring
  • Understanding of reliability, security, and scalability
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum
  • Familiar with AI coding tools like Claude, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT

Priorities (not a must-have)

  • Experience with AI agent systems or LLM-based applications
  • Hands-on work with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
  • Delivery of AI-driven or data-intensive systems
  • Experience integrating AI into enterprise platforms
  • Background in industrial/manufacturing domains
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

  • Excellent problem-solving in complex, real-world AI systems
  • Ability to communicate AI solutions to both technical and business stakeholders
