Sales Executive - Job Description (Manufacturing)

  • The successful candidate will work directly with manufacturing companies to understand their operational challenges, business needs, and transformation goals, then propose suitable software and technology solutions such as MES, WMS, SCADA, IoT, Traceability, Cloud, Microsoft/Azure, and other Digital Transformation solutions.
  • Develop and expand business in manufacturing & industrial sectors
  • Manage full sales cycle: prospecting → consulting → closing → handover
  • Build & maintain customer relationships; grow key accounts
  • Understand client needs and propose solutions (MES, WMS, SCADA, IoT, Cloud, etc.)
  • Coordinate with presales/technical teams for demos & proposals
  • Achieve sales targets (revenue, GP, new customers)
  • Manage pipeline, forecasts, and track opportunities
  • Conduct market research and support marketing activities (events, workshops)

Technical Skills

  • 4+ years B2B sales experience
  • Experience selling IT/software/cloud/industrial or system integration solutions
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Experience working with corporate/manufacturing clients (preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related fields
  • Good English communication
  • Understanding of MES, WMS, SCADA, IoT, Traceability, Cloud
  • Familiarity with Microsoft/Azure ecosystem
  • Knowledge of industrial platforms (e.g., AVEVA, Siemens, Rockwell) is a plus
  • Experience in digital transformation or solution consulting is an advantage
  • Ability to use AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.) for sales productivity

Priorities (not a must-have)

  • Familiar with platforms like AVEVA, Siemens, Rockwell
  • Experience with Microsoft ecosystem (Azure, M365, Power Platform)
  • Background in IT, software, automation, or system integration
  • Able to use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) to enhance sales productivity
