BA Consultant - Job Description
Presales Consultant (AI Agentic)
You will act as a bridge between Business – Technology – AI, helping clients:
- Identify business problems
- Design AI-driven solutions (AI Agents, LLM, automation)
- Define practical AI adoption roadmaps
This role goes beyond traditional BA — you will act as a Solution Advisor during the presales phase.
- Work with clients (Leads, Managers, C-level) to understand pain points and business goals
- Analyze current processes (As-Is) and propose AI-enabled solutions (To-Be)
- Design AI use cases (AI Agents, Copilots, Automation)
- Prepare proposals, demos, and POCs
- Collaborate with Sales to consult and close deals
- Handover requirements to Tech/Delivery teams
Technical Skills
- 3–5+ years of experience in BA / Presales / Solution Consulting
- Experience working with B2B clients
- Strong problem analysis and solution design skills
- Basic understanding of:
- AI / LLM (chatbots, AI agents, automation)
- APIs / system integration
- Strong communication & presentation skills (Vietnamese & English)
Priorities (not a must-have)
- Experience with AI / Chatbot / RPA / Automation solutions
- Presales experience (proposal, demo, POC)
- Project management experience (PM / Scrum / PMP)
- Domain knowledge in Finance, Retail, Logistics, or Manufacturing
