Key Responsibility

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and technically proficient Senior PHP Developer / Cloud Solutions Architect (AI-first) to join our dynamic team.

  • This role is crucial for designing, deploying, and managing scalable systems on AWS, with a strong emphasis on leveraging AI-driven development workflows to enhance productivity, code quality, and delivery speed.

  • The successful candidate will work closely with clients and cross-functional teams, actively using AI tools to gather requirements, accelerate development, and optimize solutions.

Qualification Requirements​

Technical Skills

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize high-quality PHP 8 applications (Symfony or Laravel), leveraging AI-assisted coding tools

  • Use AI IDEs and coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude) to accelerate development and improve code quality

  • Design and implement cloud-native architectures on AWS, supported by AI-driven insights and automation

  • Build and manage CI/CD pipelines, applying AI to optimize deployment strategies and reduce manual effort

  • Apply AI tools for debugging, testing, and performance optimization

  • Implement and automate security, governance, and compliance processes with support from AI tools

  • Design and maintain tools to automate operational processes, including AI-assisted automation

  • Actively participate in daily stand-ups and project discussions

  • Collaborate with clients to gather business requirements, using AI tools to enhance clarity and documentation

  • Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, supported by AI-assisted analysis

  • Work closely with BAs and development teams to ensure efficient and high-quality delivery

  • Continuously explore and adopt emerging technologies, especially AI-driven development practices

Nice To Have

  • Experience working with international clients

  • Experience building automation tools or internal platforms

  • Exposure to DevOps practices and cloud security

  • Experience sharing knowledge or mentoring others in AI-first development

Personal Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

  • Fluent in English (communication with clients)

  • Minimum 4+ years of experience

  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under tight deadlines

  • Growth mindset, proactive learning attitude, especially in AI and new technologies
