Technical Lead - Job Description

Key Responsibility

  • Technical leadership and direction for digital transformation projects, focusing on .NET, Angular, ReactJS technologies.

  • Design system architecture, select appropriate technology and build optimal technical solutions.

  • Participate in the software development process: from requirements analysis, design, programming, testing to deployment.

  • Control source code quality, ensure standards of coding convention, code review and best practices.

  • Provide technical advice and support team members to solve complex problems.

  • Coordinate with other departments (Developer,BA, QA, QC) to ensure project progress and quality.

  • Update and apply new technologies, optimize system performance and security.

Qualification Requirements​

Technical Skills

  • University graduate majoring in Information Technology, Computer Science or related fields.

  • Have 5 years of experience in software development, of which at least 2 years as Technical Lead or Senior Developer.

  • Technical skills: Proficient in .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework,…).

  • Experience with Frontend: Angular, ReactJS, HTML5, TypeScript.

  • Experience working on industrial/manufacturing software projects.

  • Understanding of Microservices architecture, RESTful API, WebSocket.

  • Experience working with database management systems such as SQL Server, MongoDB, MySQL.

  • Experience with Cloud services (Azure, AWS) is preferred.

  • Fluent in both written and spoken English.
