On September 12th-13th, representatives from New Ocean IS and KHATOCO Khanh Hoa Tobacco Factory officially launched the “Manufacturing Management Digitalization” Project for Workshop 1.

The project will focus on the implementation of the following:

• MPM System (https://dxfac.com/giai-phap-dxmpm/)
• Production operation data collection system, QC, OEE
• Production statistical reporting process

The primary goals of this project are to:

• Digitalize the entire production process of Workshop 1, eliminating all manual paperwork.
• Support the creation and tracking of production orders, as well as the monitoring and supervision of Workshop operations through intuitive statistics and reports.
• Integrate with the SCADA system to collect data without disrupting the production process.
• Retrieve all production-related information, enabling rapid identification of root causes in case of incidents.
