Job Description

  • Provide direct support to the CEO/Director in daily operations, including document drafting, material preparation, task tracking, and execution follow-up.
  • Act as a communication bridge between the executive team and internal departments, ensuring smooth information flow and timely implementation of directives.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement internal policies and processes related to HR, legal, and administration.
  • Manage and monitor legal matters, contracts, and all related documentation in alignment with company requirements.
  • Support business development activities by preparing materials and tracking partner and client relationships under the Director’s guidance.
  • Prepare content and assist in organizing meetings, events, and internal programs.
  • Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the CEO/Director.

Technical Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, HR, IT, or related fields
  • 2–3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or equivalent role
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Professional document writing and reporting skills
  • Good command of English (written and spoken)
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.) to improve productivity
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritie

Priorities (not a must-have)

  • Experience working in cross-functional or fast-paced environments
  • Basic understanding of corporate legal and internal operations
  • Exposure to business development or partnership support
  • Proactive use of AI tools to optimize workflows and efficiency
