Job Description
- Provide direct support to the CEO/Director in daily operations, including document drafting, material preparation, task tracking, and execution follow-up.
- Act as a communication bridge between the executive team and internal departments, ensuring smooth information flow and timely implementation of directives.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement internal policies and processes related to HR, legal, and administration.
- Manage and monitor legal matters, contracts, and all related documentation in alignment with company requirements.
- Support business development activities by preparing materials and tracking partner and client relationships under the Director’s guidance.
- Prepare content and assist in organizing meetings, events, and internal programs.
- Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the CEO/Director.
Technical Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, HR, IT, or related fields
- 2–3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or equivalent role
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Professional document writing and reporting skills
- Good command of English (written and spoken)
- Hands-on experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.) to improve productivity
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritie

- Experience working in cross-functional or fast-paced environments
- Basic understanding of corporate legal and internal operations
- Exposure to business development or partnership support
- Proactive use of AI tools to optimize workflows and efficiency
