Key Responsibility

  • Manage multiple AI/Software projects simultaneously across different clients or domains.
  • Participate in Technical Proposal and Presale activities with a focus on AI/ML solutions.
  • Work with clients’ stakeholders to gather requirements and define AI use cases (e.g., automation, prediction, NLP…).
  • Plan, manage, and track AI projects to ensure delivery on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (AI Engineers, Data Scientists, Developers, QA) for project execution.
  • Ensure AI solutions are developed and deployed according to agreed specifications (performance, scalability, security).
  • Identify project risks (e.g., data quality, model accuracy, timeline) and proactively propose mitigation plans.
  • Manage changes in scope, schedule, and resources using appropriate project management methodologies.
  • Monitor project progress, including AI-specific metrics (model performance, delivery milestones).
  • Prepare and present weekly/monthly project reports to stakeholders.
  • Manage resource allocation to optimize team productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with project processes, security standards, and delivery frameworks.
  • Support UAT, deployment, and user training related to AI systems if required.

Qualification Requirements​

Technical Skills

  • Strong project management skills (scope, schedule, cost, risk management).
  • Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts: Machine Learning basics, NLP / Computer Vision (high-level), model training & evaluation
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Ability to work with technical teams (Backend, Data, AI).
  • PMP certification is a plus.
  • Experience managing IT/software projects 
  • Experience in industrial/manufacturing or data-driven systems is a plus.

Priorities (not a must-have)

  • Experience working with AI/Data teams or AI-related projects.
  • Understanding of data pipelines or cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Exposure to AI tools or concepts (ChatGPT, LLMs, analytics tools…).

Personal Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • At least 4+ years of experience in IT Project Management.
  • English communication (working level).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management.
  • High responsibility, discipline, and professional ethics.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity 
  • Team-first mindset, integrity, and ownership.
