Technical Consultant - Job Description (AI Agentic)

Key Responsibility

  • Consult with clients to understand business problems and propose AI-driven solutions using LLMs, AI Agents, and automation systems.
  • Design end-to-end solution architecture, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
  • Lead and mentor technical teams; provide guidance on system design, coding standards, and best practices.
  • Collaborate closely with PMs, BAs, and engineers to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Present, demo, and explain AI solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Drive innovation by adopting an AI-first approach in solution design and delivery.
  • Ensure solution quality, security, and alignment with client expectations.

Qualification Requirements​

Technical Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with a solution-oriented approach.
  • Proven ability to lead technical teams and make architectural decisions.
  • Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, especially:
    • LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, etc.)
    • AI Agents / multi-step reasoning systems
    • RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
  • Strong background in software engineering / backend development / system architecture.
  • Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Fluent English (required for client-facing roles).

Priorities (not a must-have)

  • Experience working in consulting/service-based companies.
  • Exposure to digital transformation projects.
  • Understanding of business analysis or product thinking.

Personal Skills

  • Middle to Senior level (3+ years of relevant experience).
  • Hands-on experience in building or delivering:
    • AI Agents / Chatbots
    • LLM-based applications
    • Applied AI systems in real-world use cases
  • Prior experience as:
    • Technical Lead
    • Solution Architect
    • Technical Consultant is highly preferred.
