Marketing Executive - Job Description

  • Research the company’s products and other competitors.
  • Conceptualizeprepare and organize the implementation of short-term and long-term marketing plans for the Company’s brands and products in accordance with the business strategy in each period.
  • Coordinate with the sales department to research and analyze the market to come up with marketing programs to achieve business goals.
  • Ability to write PR articles (content), manage and update the content of the company’s websites, fanpages as well as related media channels.
  • Have good ideas and the ability to implement marketing programs, and have good knowledge of digital marketing.
  • Monitor and enhance communication effectiveness of the Company’s website and fanpage on media.
  • Implement, organize and participate in relevant exhibition events, seminars, etc. of the company.
  • Ability to design and build PPTX templates that correspond to product concepts
  • Develop communication publications for the company’s products: leaflets, brochures, images, banners, Standees, posters… (software is preferred)
  • Carry out tasks directly requested by superiors and department managers.
  • Run Workshop programs: Invite company customers + Combine with another company to share about successful work
  • Run marketing programs with partners such as Zebra, Microsoft, Rockwell, …. 
  • Branding/Marketing for FASF product and Website

Technical Skills

  • Graduated with a major in Marketing / Business Administration.

  • Have good Marketing skills.

  • At least 2 years of experience.
  • Understand online Marketing tools: Website, SEO website, Social Network, Email marketing, Event.

  • Good communication, good English listening, speaking and reading comprehension.

  • Have skills in writing PR articles on Facebook/LinkedIn, good product introduction news.

  • Use computers to use Office software and prioritize design software such as Illustrator, Photoshop, Corel, Canva, Powerpoint…

  • Ability to organize time and manage work well to meet schedule, work requirements, adaptability, and work pressure.

  • Have a high sense of responsibility, ability to handle situations well, positive, patient, careful, honest, polite, able to listen and learn.

  • Accept business travel if required.
