♦ Product Vision & Strategy

  • Define and drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the company’s AgentIQ AI Platform – including conversational AI, virtual assistants, and automation agents.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders (Executive team, AI division, Sales, Marketing, and Customers) to align product direction with business goals and market needs.

  • Research and analyze AI, LLM (Large Language Model), and workflow automation trends to identify opportunities for innovation.

  • Ensure product strategy aligns with the company’s AI-first and digital transformation direction.

♦ Backlog & Agile Management

  • Build, prioritize, and manage the Product Backlog to maximize customer and business value.

  • Define clear User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and Epics focusing on agent behavior, integration, and data interaction.

  • Collaborate closely with AI Engineers, Data Scientists, Developers, UX/UI Designers, and QA to ensure successful delivery of high-quality features.

  • Participate actively in Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Grooming, Review, Retrospective) to guide development and maintain alignment with the product visio

♦ Stakeholder Management & Communication

  • Act as the main point of contact for all product-related communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.

  • Communicate product vision, priorities, and roadmap clearly across departments.

  • Collect user feedback and analyze data to translate insights into actionable improvements for future releases.

♦ Product Performance & Continuous Improvement

  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as agent accuracy, engagement rate, customer satisfaction, and retention.

  • Partner with the Data and AI teams to analyze user interactions and conversational flows for optimization.

  • Drive data-driven decision-making to improve user experience, performance, and scalability of the AI Agent platform.

Technical Skills

  • Experience: Minimum 2–3 years as a Product Owner / Product Manager / Business Analyst in AI, SaaS, or technology-based products.

  • Technical understanding:

    • Knowledge of APIs, LLMs, NLP, Workflow Automation, and Data Pipelines.

    • Understanding of the AI product lifecycle (training, integration, deployment, evaluation).

  • Agile expertise: Solid grasp of Scrum practices, backlog prioritization, and sprint execution using JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools.

  • Data literacy: Able to interpret and utilize product analytics (Google Analytics, Power BI, etc.) for decision-making.

  • Languages: Strong communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.

Priorities (not a must-have)

  • Experience with Chatbots, Virtual Assistants, Automation Platforms, or Generative AI products.

  • Familiarity with tools or frameworks such as OpenAI API, Azure OpenAI, LangChain, or RAG pipelines.

  • Product or Agile certifications (CSPO, PSPO, SAFe POPM) are a plus

  • Negotiation skills – Working with various stakeholders to reach agreements and align expectations.

  • Prioritization skills – Identifying key features and managing the product backlog efficiently.
  • Adaptability – Quickly adjusting plans and strategies in response to changing circumstances.
