Sales Operator - Job Description

  • Contact and manage leads: make calls, send messages/emails to the company’s existing leads; qualify needs, interest level, and categorize leads based on the team’s process.

  • Introduce products/services (AgentIQ, DxFACTORY, and other software solutions) following the provided sales script.

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings between customers and the Sales Manager or Technical Team; follow up, send reminders, and ensure customer attendance.

  • Update customer information into the CRM system; format and standardize data according to company guidelines; report daily/weekly contact results to the Sales Manager.

  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to remarket and re-engage customers; track performance metrics and collaborate with Marketing to optimize campaigns.

  • Support Sales–Admin tasks: draft contract templates, send quotations, prepare documents and files; coordinate with Sales/Marketing teams to optimize the customer contact process.

Technical Skills

  • College/University degree or relevant experience in Sales, Customer Service, Telemarketing, or Sales Support roles.

  • Strong communication skills, clear speaking voice, and professional attitude.

  • Proactive, responsible, able to track progress and work independently.

  • Proficient in Google Sheets/Excel.

  • Experience working with CRM systems (Hubspot, Salesforce, etc.); capable of updating and standardizing customer data.

  • Familiar with basic email marketing setup and performance tracking.

Priorities (not a must-have)

  • Experience working in the technology, software, or SaaS environment.

  • Understanding of B2B sales processes, especially in digital transformation or software solutions.

  • Hands-on experience with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Hubspot Marketing, Mautic, etc.).

Personal Skills

  • Detail-oriented and accurate when working with data.

  • Strong organizational and task-tracking skills.

  • Willingness to learn, supportive, and collaborative with team members.

  • Positive attitude and flexibility in handling tasks.

  • Good English communication.
