Business Analyst Intern

Key Responsibility

YOU WILL BE TRAINED

  • Gather business and system requirements from stakeholders and clients
  • Collaborate with clients to clarify needs, define requirements, and propose feasible solutions
  • Analyze, document, and manage requirements (BRD, SRS, user stories, use cases)
  • Quickly acquire domain knowledge to effectively understand business problems and contexts
  • Work closely with QC/QA teams to ensure all requirements are fully implemented and validated, maintaining end-to-end traceability
  • Bridge communication between business and technical teams to ensure alignment throughout the development lifecycle
  • Leverage programming knowledge to better understand system architecture and support solution design
  • Participate in and contribute to AI-related projects (e.g., AI solutions, automation, LLM applications), including defining AI use cases and supporting implementation

Qualification Requirements​

Technical Skills

  • Demonstrated knowledge and strong interest in Artificial Intelligence
  • Final-year students or fresher graduates enrolled in IT related fields or Economics
  • Obtaining IT knowledge-base
  • Use tools (Edraw, Visio, Power Point) to draw flowcharts;
  • Use tools to design UI Prototype (Pencil, Balsamiq, Visio, etc.);
  • Fluent English to be able to communicate directly with customers (C English, TOEFL 650 or
    equivalent or higher)

Priorities (not a must-have)

  • Experienced in AI-related projects and applications
  • Possess a fundamental understanding of AI/ML concepts and real-world use cases
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools to enhance productivity and support daily work (e.g., research, analysis, documentation, automation)

Personal Skills

  • Smart, honest, and confident in working directly with English-speaking clients
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and research (internet lookup) skills
  • Proactive, creative, and maintain a positive attitude at work
  • Strong sense of ownership and responsibility for assigned tasks
