Project Lead - Job Description

Key Responsibility

  • Lead and manage all digital transformation projects from start-up to handover.

  • Build plans, source additional resources, set budgets, and control voice.

  • Coordinate with departmental links (IT, Sales,…) to ensure requirements and key projects are implemented on time and with quality.

  • Manage and evaluate risks, handle problems discovered during project implementation.

  • Ensure projects manually add company quality standards, processes, and regulations.

  • Train, guide and develop project staff.

  • Report project progress, results and issues to management.

Qualification Requirements​

Technical Skills

  • University degree or higher in Business Administration, Information Technology, Information Systems or related fields.

  • Experience working on industrial/manufacturing software projects.

  • Have at least 3-5 years of experience in project management, with priority given to digital transformation projects.

  • Deep understanding of processes and technology in digital transformation (ERP, CRM, RPA, AI, Data Analytics,…).

  • Good leadership, team management and problem solving skills.

  • Good communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

  • Priority is given to candidates with project management certifications (PMP, Agile, Scrum,…).

  • Fluent in both written and spoken English.

Priorities (not a must-have)

  • Have technical IT experience

  • Decision-making skills and ability to adapt to high pressure.
