AIQuinta
- Lead the design and development of enterprise-grade AI Agent systems.
- Define and drive technical architecture and strategy aligned with business goals and product requirements.
- Design scalable architectures using microservices, cloud-native, and distributed systems.
- Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies (AI/ML, LLMs, cloud) to improve system performance and scalability.
- Participate in the full SDLC: requirement analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Ensure code quality through coding standards, code reviews, and best practices.
- Apply modern engineering practices: TDD, CI/CD, DevOps.
- Lead and mentor team members, providing technical guidance and problem-solving support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Dev, BA, QA/QC, Product) to ensure project quality and progress.
- Design and implement High Availability (HA), backup, and disaster recovery solutions.
- Optimize system performance, scalability, security, and cost efficiency.
- Drive adoption of AI-first development practices (AI coding, automation, productivity tools).
- Design and implement AI-powered systems (LLM apps, RAG pipelines, AI agents).
- Continuously research and apply new technologies, especially in AI/LLM ecosystem.
Technical Skills
Strong experience in solution architecture for enterprise systems.
- AI/ML & LLM: LangChain, LangGraph, LLM models, NLP
- Cloud & Infrastructure: Azure/AWS, Kubernetes, Containers
- Database & Messaging: PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MongoDB, Message Bus
- DevOps: CI/CD, automation, deployment pipelines
- Strong understanding of Microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, WebSocket.
- Knowledge of enterprise security standards and compliance.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong AI-first mindset and experience using AI coding tools (e.g., Claude, Copilot, ChatGPT).
Priorities (not a must-have)
- Experience building AI Agent systems or LLM-based applications.
- Hands-on experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
- Experience delivering AI-driven or data-driven projects.
- Background in industrial/manufacturing domain.
- Experience integrating AI into enterprise systems.
- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
