Internal Accounting

  • Issue VAT invoices and manage, organize, and archive accounting documents; verify incoming and outgoing invoices in compliance with regulations.
  • Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable; follow up and conduct periodic reconciliation with partners.

  • Track, summarize, and reconcile internal expenses (office operations, business expenses, utilities, supplies, etc.).

  • Handle procurement of goods, equipment, and services to support company operations.

  • Prepare and complete payment request documents, reimbursement forms, and related supporting documents in accordance with internal policies.

Administration

  • Purchase and manage office assets, equipment, working tools, and stationery.

  • Support internal events, meetings, celebrations, company trips, and team–engagement activities.

  • Manage guest reception and provide administrative support for daily office operations.

  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the direct manager.

Technical Skills

  • Solid understanding of accounting principles, invoice regulations, and document validation.

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Internal Accounting and Administrative support.

  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel (basic formulas, data entry, expense tracking).

  • English proficiency at a working level (reading invoices/contracts/emails, basic communication).

Priorities (not a must-have)

  • Experience with accounting software (e.g., MISA, Bravo, Fast) is an advantage.

  • Knowledge of office administration procedures and internal purchasing processes.

  • Experience working in an IT Outsourcing environment, especially where English was used in daily tasks.

  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to work with internal teams and external partners.

  • Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
