Key Responsibility

  • DXFactory is a SaaS-based MES (Manufacturing Execution System) platform helping manufacturers digitize and optimize factory operations.
  • Core modules: Production Management, CMMS, Warehouse, Traceability, IIoT.
  • You will play a key role in transforming DXFactory from project-based implementations into a scalable SaaS product, where each decision delivers long-term value across multiple factories.
  • Extract reusable product requirements from past MES projects
  • Interview factory users (operator, supervisor, maintenance, IT) to validate problems & solutions
  • Define boundary between core features vs. customizations
  • Build and maintain product roadmap across phases
  • Apply prioritization frameworks (RICE, MoSCoW, opportunity scoring)
  • Align roadmap with business strategy
  • Write clear PRD, user stories, acceptance criteria
  • Work closely with dev team in sprint (grooming, clarify, review, accept)
  • Track progress, resolve blockers, make trade-offs
  • Support Sales/Presales on demo flow & positioning
  • Prepare product docs, release notes, onboarding
  • Collect and feed customer feedback into product improvements

Qualification Requirements​

Technical Skills

  • 3–4 years as Product Owner / Product Manager
  • Experience in MES, ERP, CMMS, WMS, or IIoT/SCADA
  • Prefer candidates with factory software implementation experience
  • Understand production flows: order, work order, BOM, routing, OEE
  • Knowledge in at least 2: Production, CMMS, WMS, Traceability, IIoT
  • Familiar with standards (ISA-95, ISO 9001) is a plus
  • Understand SaaS architecture: multi-tenancy, API-first, cloud
  • Able to read API specs, sequence diagrams, data models
  • IIoT stack (MQTT, OPC-UA, edge gateway) is a plus
  • Data-driven: define metrics, read dashboards, make decisions

AI Productivity & Tooling

  • Proficient with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini
  • Use AI for PRD writing, feedback analysis, research, meeting notes
  • Practical prompt engineering skills
  • Experience with tools like Notion AI, Confluence, Miro is a plus
  • Proactive in adopting new tools into workflow

Priorities (not a must-have)

  • Experience building B2B SaaS products
  • Strong product vs. project mindset
  • Exposure to manufacturing environments
  • Basic understanding of AI/automation in products

Personal Skills

  • Strong abstraction: from use cases → patterns → scalable features
  • Clear communication across dev, business, and customers
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and decision-making
  • Good English reading skills
