UI/UX Design - Job Description
Design end-to-end UX/UI for large-scale B2B and enterprise systems with multiple user roles, permissions, and complex workflows.
Create user flows, screen flows, wireframes, and UI for data-heavy interfaces including dashboards, tables, charts, analytics, and configuration screens.
Actively participate in and often lead discovery phases; identify problems, define UX opportunities, and propose solutions without relying heavily on PMs or BAs.
Present design concepts, flows, and solutions to clients; gather feedback, identify gaps, and iterate designs with clear reasoning.
Clearly explain design decisions, including design process, trade-offs, and alignment with business and user needs.
Collaborate closely with Developers and Business Analysts to validate feasibility, align during implementation, and ensure design intent is preserved.
Work directly with clients to understand workflows, pain points, and operational constraints.
Build, maintain, and extend design systems; ensure consistency and scalability across a long-lived product.
Take ownership of assigned features or modules end-to-end; proactively identify UX issues and improvement opportunities.
Manage personal tasks, priorities, and timelines effectively in a long-term product environment.
Technical Skills
3–6+ years of experience in Product Design, UX/UI Design, or similar roles.
Strong experience designing B2B, enterprise, or large internal systems.
Proven ability to design for complex workflows, multi-role systems, and data-heavy interfaces.
Strong proficiency in Figma (components, auto layout, variants).
Experience building, maintaining, and scaling design systems.
Experience presenting designs to clients and incorporating feedback effectively.
Strong design reasoning skills with the ability to clearly articulate why a solution works.
Ability to quickly understand complex domains and translate them into usable UX.
Priorities (not a must-have)
Experience in domains such as: flight Booking Management, logistics or Supply Chain Management, operations, planning, or analytics-heavy platforms.
Experience working with products that are already live with real users and ongoing sales.
Experience conducting or supporting usability testing and continuous UX improvement initiatives.
Personal Skills
Highly proactive and self-driven; comfortable discovering problems and defining solutions independently.
Strong communication skills, especially when working with non-design stakeholders and clients.
Able to balance usability, clarity, and scalability over visual creativity.
Comfortable working on long-term products rather than short-term or exploratory projects.
Strong sense of ownership and responsibility for UX quality.
Detail-oriented, logical, and systematic in thinking and execution.
