Sales Operator - Job Description
Contact and manage leads: make calls, send messages/emails to the company’s existing leads; qualify needs, interest level, and categorize leads based on the team’s process.
Introduce products/services (AgentIQ, DxFACTORY, and other software solutions) following the provided sales script.
Schedule and coordinate meetings between customers and the Sales Manager or Technical Team; follow up, send reminders, and ensure customer attendance.
Update customer information into the CRM system; format and standardize data according to company guidelines; report daily/weekly contact results to the Sales Manager.
Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to remarket and re-engage customers; track performance metrics and collaborate with Marketing to optimize campaigns.
Support Sales–Admin tasks: draft contract templates, send quotations, prepare documents and files; coordinate with Sales/Marketing teams to optimize the customer contact process.
Technical Skills
College/University degree or relevant experience in Sales, Customer Service, Telemarketing, or Sales Support roles.
Strong communication skills, clear speaking voice, and professional attitude.
Proactive, responsible, able to track progress and work independently.
Proficient in Google Sheets/Excel.
Experience working with CRM systems (Hubspot, Salesforce, etc.); capable of updating and standardizing customer data.
Familiar with basic email marketing setup and performance tracking.
Priorities (not a must-have)
Experience working in the technology, software, or SaaS environment.
Understanding of B2B sales processes, especially in digital transformation or software solutions.
Hands-on experience with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Hubspot Marketing, Mautic, etc.).

Strong organizational and task-tracking skills.
Willingness to learn, supportive, and collaborative with team members.
Positive attitude and flexibility in handling tasks.
