WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Get information on how to use the software.
  • Write user manuals and installation instructions.
  • Install and configure software. Ensure and maintain information technology systems for Office and Customer sectors.
  • Set up the internal network system for the company and customers: Synology NAS storage system, modem configuration, wifi system, switches, network devices, etc. Ensure the system is always operating stably.
  • Repair hardware devices and office equipment: printers, faxes, phones, wifi, cameras.
  • Check and handle problems related to infrastructure and software configuration.
  • Provide software usage instructions to customers.
  • Receive information, support and respond to problems of customers using the software.
  • Coordinate with the Human Resources department to prepare equipment and install software for new employees.

YOU JUST NEED TO HAVE

*** Technical skills

  • Graduated from College or higher majoring in Information Technology, Network Administration, Electronics and Telecommunications.
  • Have at least 6 months of experience in a similar position.
  • Mastery of computer hardware systems.
  • Teamwork skills and work support spirit.
  • Basic English
  • Male preferred.

** Nice to have

  • Experience in information technology.
  • Know how to install windows.

*** Personal skills

  • Have the ability to communicate.
  • Have fun talking with customers.
  • Receive information promptly.
