Assistant Director
ASSISTANT DIRECTOR
WHAT DO YOU DO?
- Support the General Director to receive customers
- Arrange work schedule for General Director, plan meetings, conferences.
- Make schedule for General Director, including: booking air tickets, arranging transportation and booking accommodation.
- Answer phone calls, send messages to stakeholders, handle email and important mail
- Paper and electronic document management
- Deploy and receive the work of superiors down to the departments.
- Provide market information ( IT)
- Maintaning positive and trust-based relations with business partners and authorities
- Assessing, managing and resolving problematic developments and situation.
- Building and enhancing the company’s public profile at events, occassions, ect.
REQUIREMENTS
Technical skills
- 1 year experience for assistant
- Graduated with a bachelor in economics with IT, or IT majors
- Be fluent in english
- Experienced in developing software market in foreign countries
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Personal skills
- Able to excel in high-pressure situation.

- Get information on how to use the software.
- Write user manuals and installation instructions.
- Install and configure software. Ensure and maintain information technology systems for Office and Customer sectors.
- Set up the internal network system for the company and customers: Synology NAS storage system, modem configuration, wifi system, switches, network devices, etc. Ensure the system is always operating stably.
- Repair hardware devices and office equipment: printers, faxes, phones, wifi, cameras.

Business Analyst
BUSINESS ANALYST's RESPONSIBILITIES
- Close collaboration with the client for design and management purposes (requirements gathering, analyzing, documenting, confirmation, elaboration and etc.)
- Identify Non-Functional Requirements associated with the proposed solution as well as the risk for the solution.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to understand product vision, priority and road-map, clarify and manage product backlog.
- Working closely with developers and testers to ensure the Team delivery understands the solution requirements at high quality.
- Determining business needs and choosing the optimal business solution approaches in order to analyze and document requirements (Business Requirement Spec, System Requirement Spec, Use Case Spec).
- Assist client to define requirements and suggest ideas;
- Quickly absorb to understand domain knowledge;
- Proposals analysis, description and development for business processes optimization in a particular industry.
- Providing help with test documentation writing (test plan, test strategy, test cases) and verifying bugs/issues with clients.
- Participation in the planning, solving controversial issues, risk assessment between team members or clients.
- Training the team members the basics of business analysis and improvement of the development process.
REQUIREMENTS
Technical skills
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Computer Science or Information System or Business Analyst;
- Obtaining IT knowledge-base;
- Use tools (Edraw, Visio, Power Point) to draw flowcharts;
- Use tools to design UI Prototype (Pencil, Balsamiq, Visio, etc.);
- Fluent English to be able to communicate directly with customers (C English, TOEFL 650 or equivalent or higher);
- Above 6 months experience.
