• Define and drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the company’s AgentIQ AI Platform – including conversational AI, virtual assistants, and automation agents.

• Collaborate with stakeholders (Executive team, AI division, Sales, Marketing, and Customers) to align product direction with business goals and market needs.

• Research and analyze AI, LLM (Large Language Model), and workflow automation trends to identify opportunities for innovation.

• Ensure product strategy aligns with the company’s AI-first and digital transformation direction.

♦ Backlog & Agile Management

• Build, prioritize, and manage the Product Backlog to maximize customer and business value.

• Define clear User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and Epics focusing on agent behavior, integration, and data interaction.

• Collaborate closely with AI Engineers, Data Scientists, Developers, UX/UI Designers, and QA to ensure successful delivery of high-quality features.

• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Grooming, Review, Retrospective) to guide development and maintain alignment with the product visio

♦ Stakeholder Management & Communication

• Act as the main point of contact for all product-related communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.

• Communicate product vision, priorities, and roadmap clearly across departments.

• Collect user feedback and analyze data to translate insights into actionable improvements for future releases.

♦ Product Performance & Continuous Improvement

• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as agent accuracy, engagement rate, customer satisfaction, and retention.

• Partner with the Data and AI teams to analyze user interactions and conversational flows for optimization.

• Drive data-driven decision-making to improve user experience, performance, and scalability of the AI Agent platform.

1. Technical Leadership & Architecture Direction

• Design and develop system architecture for enterprise-grade AI Agent applications.

• Define technical strategies aligned with business goals and product requirements.

• Evaluate and implement emerging technologies (AI/ML, distributed systems, cloud-native) to enhance scalability and performance.

2. Solution Development & Implementation

• Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, from requirement analysis, design, and development to testing and deployment.

• Ensure code quality through proper coding standards, code reviews, and best practices.

• Apply modern methodologies such as TDD, CI/CD, and DevOps in microservices environments.

3. Team Management & Technical Support

• Provide technical direction, mentorship, and support to development team members in solving complex technical problems.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Developers, BAs, QA, QC) to ensure timely project delivery and quality standards.

• Promote a culture of continuous learning, technical excellence, and knowledge sharing across the team.

4. System Quality & Reliability Assurance

• Design and implement solutions for High Availability (HA), backup, and disaster recovery.

• Optimize performance and ensure security across enterprise AI applications.

• Continuously improve system deployment, monitoring, and maintenance processes.

5. Technology Research & Innovation

• Stay current with emerging technologies and integrate them into products when appropriate.

• Guide the adoption of AI/ML technologies such as LangGraph, LangChain, and LLM models.

• Contribute to establishing best practices for AI Agent development and system scalability.

• Lead a team of AI Engineers in designing, developing, and deploying ML/AI models in production.

• Provide technical direction and mentorship on model architecture, data processing, and optimization.

• We are seeking a Support Desk Lead to oversee the end-to-end support process, ensuring seamless collaboration between customers, Support, QA, and Development teams.
• The ideal candidate will manage ticket triage, enforce SLA compliance, and serve as the primary point of contact for customers during scheduled sessions.
• Lead and oversee the support desk process, ensuring timely and effective ticket handling.
• Act as the bridge between Support agents, Development, and QA teams.
• Sort, classify, and prioritize incoming tickets based on severity and business impact.
• Assign tickets to the appropriate developers/QA and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Track ticket progress and monitor SLA compliance (e.g., 24-hour initial response per contract).
• Identify and mitigate risks of backlog, delays, or repeated issues.

• Perform Proof of Concept (PoC) and support customers during testing and production deployment phases.

• Collaborate with Tungsten Automation/Printix/ControlSuite to update solutions and resolve advanced technical issues.

• Review Software Requirement Specifications (SRS) to design simple and relevant test cases and create test scenarios.
