Technical Skills
Experience: Minimum 2–3 years as a Product Owner / Product Manager / Business Analyst in AI, SaaS, or technology-based products.
Technical understanding:
Knowledge of APIs, LLMs, NLP, Workflow Automation, and Data Pipelines.
Understanding of the AI product lifecycle (training, integration, deployment, evaluation).
Agile expertise: Solid grasp of Scrum practices, backlog prioritization, and sprint execution using JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools.
Data literacy: Able to interpret and utilize product analytics (Google Analytics, Power BI, etc.) for decision-making.
Languages: Strong communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.

Quality Control - Job Description
(Automation)
Review Software Requirement Specifications (SRS) to design simple and relevant test cases and create test scenarios.
Support in breaking down features and contribute to test plan creation
Perform manual testing in an agile working environment, collaborating with developers.
Help prepare and manage test environments for testing activities.
Assist in writing or maintaining basic automated test scripts.
Report and track bugs using tools such as Jira or similar.
- Proficient in developing and maintaining automated tests using C# (Selenium, NUnit/xUnit).
Technical Skills
Final-year student or graduate in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
At least 6 months of practical experience in software testing.
Basic understanding of software testing processes and how to create test cases.
- Experienced in C#
Some hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver or similar tools (even at basic level).
Basic experience using Postman for API testing.
Ability to write simple SQL queries.
Familiarity with Git or version control systems is a plus.
Priorities (not a must-have)
Exposure to Agile/Scrum working model.
Experience with basic performance or security testing (even in school/personal projects).
Exposure to CI/CD tools (e.g., GitLab CI, Jenkins) is a plus.
Personal Skills
Detail-oriented with good logical thinking.
Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn.
Good teamwork and communication skills.
Able to read and write English at a basic technical level.

- Develop web application using .Net/.Net Core
- Develop Views with different JavaScript frameworks such as: ReactJS/Angular
- Apply Azure cloud services on application development
- Participate in software design and codebase architecture with other senior software developers or team leaders
- Analyze and resolve software issues, software bugs.
Technical Skills
- At least 3 years of experience in full-stack development
- Strong C# và .NET Core skills; familiarity with .NET Framework a plus.
- Proficient in ReactJS/Angular
- Experience with microservices architecture
- Knowledge of Docker and containerization
- Familiarity with Dapr or other service mesh technologies
- Experience with CQRS pattern and MediatR
- Proficient in React and Next.js
- Experience with TypeScript
- Familiarity with Tailwind CSS
- Experience with state management (Redux/Context API)
